Owner Bill Horn began the journey to realize his lifelong dream of owning his own restaurant in 1990 when he purchased a turn of the century Victorian home and had it moved from Guthrie to its current location. Once the home was placed on the hill, he couldn't wait to share the sweeping views, quiet country atmosphere, and delicious food with people from all over the world.
On June 27, 1994, after four years of tireless work resulting in additions of a kitchen, office, driveway, and parking areas, Horn's dream became a reality when he opened Twelve Oaks Restaurant. Years later, with a significant addition of dining space, Horn's dream continues to be successful.
